TM3 Outage Wednesday 17th November 2021 08:40:00

We are investigating a widespread issue with clients accessing TM3 services.

We are currently experiencing the continued effects of a GCP (Google Cloud Platform) issue, meaning the majority of our TM3 clients are unable to access the platform. We are investigating and Google Engineers are working on this as a matter of urgency and hope to have a full resolution shortly however we'll keep you posted with updates as soon as we have them.

The team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The issue has been resolved by Google and our Infrastructure team. All TM3 services returned to normal.
