We have identified an issue affecting some TM2 desktop clients causing them to be unable to send emails from within the application.

Our infrastructure team are currently working on a fix, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Further updates to follow as soon as possible.

A hotfix has now been released that addresses this issue.

Please update your application to the latest version. Our apologies again for any inconvenience caused.

A solution is being prepared and will be included in a planned hotfix released today.

We will update this incident again when the hotfix is available for download.
